70th Wedding Anniversary

William “Bill” and Verta Debellis will celebrate 70 years of marriage on February 16, 2012. They have a home in Mesa Del Sol and have been snow birds in Yuma every Winter since 1984.
Bill served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He is retired from the Portland, OR. Police Department.
Verta retired from Nabisco Cookies. In the Summer they live in Beaverton, OR and raised three children there; Bill, Sandra and Jon. They also have four grandchildren.
They both enjoy good health and plan on spending Winters in Yuma as long as they are able.
