Yonathan “Phison” Beltran, 23, is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and has a medium complexion with brown eyes and dark brown hair.
YCSO considers Beltran to be armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees Beltran should not approach him but call 911 instead.

According to YCSO, at about 3 a.m. Monday morning, Beltran reportedly got into an argument with a 37-year-old man at a residence in the 8200 block of South Coconino Lane.
The argument escalated into a physical altercation between Beltran and the older man, whose identity has not been released to the public, resulting in Beltran being knocked to the ground.
According to witnesses, Beltran stood up and allegedly began shooting the other man with a handgun.
A deputy patrolling nearby in the Donovan Estates area heard the gunshots and began searching for their origin. YCSO then received reports of the shooting, and deputies were dispatched to the 8200 block of South Coconino Lane.
Upon arrival, deputies located the 37-year-old man who had been shot multiple times standing in the street and calling for help. The victim was then transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center by Rural/Metro ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
No other information was available as of press time Wednesday because the case is still under investigation.
