No. 1 Year after year
Some businesses come and go, but there are those who consistently offer a good product or service and consistently meet their customers' expectations.
Count in that latter category the Yuma-area businesses and attractions that have won the No. 1 slot in their respective categories of Yuma's Best every year since the Yuma Sun began the poll of readers' preferences 13 years ago.
They are:
• Stan's Grocery, at 1920 S. 1st. Ave., which has won every year in the category of Best Breakfast Burrito.
• Julieanna's Patio Cafe, 1951 W. 25th St., consistent winner of the category of Best Romantic Dining.
• Goldsboro's Bakery, Best Bakery. It recently moved just down the street from its original site to 2360 S. Avenue A. Goldsboro's also has a Foothills location, at 11805 S. Fortuna Road.
• Red Lobster, Best Seafood. It's located in the Yuma Palms Regional Center.
