James F. Epstein, 71, of Yuma, died Feb. 2, 2004, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.

Born May 3, 1932, in New Jersey, he had worked in security for YRMC. He was also a retired Marine.

Private cremation was handled by Kammann Mortuary.

Lillian May Bartlett

Lillian May Bartlett, 85, of Yuma, died Jan. 31, 2004, in Life Care Center of Yuma.

She was born Dec. 27, 1918, in Huntington, W.Va., and was a homemaker.

Private memorial services are planned. Yuma Mortuary & Crematory is handling arrangements, including cremation.

Harold Edward Wright Jr.

A wake for Harold Edward Wright Jr., 57, who died Feb. 1, 2004, at his Yuma home, will be Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Johnson Mortuary Chapel, with rosary at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel. Burial will follow at Desert Lawn.

Born April 23, 1946, in Bellow Falls, Vt., he was a foreman for Zeller's Excavating & Paving Co.

Johnson Mortuary is handling arrangements.

Byron Leroy Ohrt

Byron Leroy Ohrt, 70, of Yuma, died Jan. 30, 2004, in Phoenix.

He was born Dec. 19, 1933, in Bennington, Neb., and had been an owner of a service station. He also had served in the Air Force.

Betty Jane Turner

Betty Jane Turner, 65, of Yuma, died Feb. 2, 2004, at her Yuma home.

She was born Jan. 29, 1939, in Hartford, Conn., and was a homemaker.
