Must be on payroll of Bush administration
How long have you been on the Bush payroll? This garbage spewed out in The Sun's editorial of Feb. 20 ("Don't believe scare tactics about job loss") was enough to make a man want to throw up. Do you think we all live under a rock? The information you cited is great if indeed you are one of the sheep following George W. Bush.
H. Ross Perot had it right about the "giant sucking sound" and anyone with a lick of common sense will admit he was right. One only has to look at the trade deficit between the U.S. and its "trading partners." Good ol' Uncle Whiskers is really taking it in the shorts. Made in China or Mexico are about all you see in the way of consumer goods. People in those countries are working for peanuts and a few Americans are getting richer.
Where are the great benefits of the one-way NAFTA and or any other trade agreements with countries doing business with the U.S.? Loss of jobs, lack of industry. Gone are the opportunities for young people starting out to gain the basic experience of plain old everyday work.
You no doubt are in step with George Bush regarding letting the cheap labor come in one and all. The U.S. will pay health and welfare, Social Security and one and all benefits. And, oh yes, the bleeding-heart liberals have seen fit to accord them all the constitutional guarantees they want.
Have a nice day while we look for another no-win war to become involved in so we may keep killing off our young innocent troops - Haliburton and companies need the income.
