FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
A seminar offering information on how to conduct business with the federal government will be presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Arizona Western College Entrepreneurial Center, 1351 S. Redondo Center Drive.
Representatives from Yuma Proving Ground and Marine Corps Air Station Yuma will be on hand.

BUSINESS WOMEN TO MEET
Reservations are due by noon Tuesday for this month's meeting of the Yuma chapter of the American Business Women’s Association.
The meeting includes dinner, networking and a program. Cost is $12.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. May 27 at the Ramada Inn-Chilton Conference Center, 300 E. 32nd St.
The 2008-2009 Woman of the Year will be announced, and scholarships will be presented to three local students.

Arizona Western College is now accepting applications for the 16-week EMT Training Academy that begins Aug. 21.
Application deadline is July 9.
