Having problem with sales calls

I heard a couple of announcements about call centers locating here. Ever since I have been having a large number of calls trying to sell me stuff. I just got one from someone selling solar panels.

I am on the Do Not Call list, but that doesn’t seem to matter to these recent callers. Anyone else having the same problem?
