Procurement conference postponed
The third annual Government Procurement Outlook & Exhibition Conference scheduled for this week has been postponed. The new dates are Feb. 21-22 at the Yuma Civic Center.
The conference is held by the Diversity of Business Development Center to provide a forum for businesses to identify contract opportunities with federal, state and local governments and subcontract opportunities with prime government contractors.

Small business planning
Thinking about starting a small business? Randy Nelson, administrator of the Arizona Western College Small Business Center, will present a free program at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Foothills Library, 13226 E. South Frontage Road.
