As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342.
If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Ismael Ulloa — Male, 31. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 150 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: “El Mayito.” Tattoos: “Karina” on the right forearm, dots on all fingers, “In Loving Memory of Jesus Valenzuela” and “Ismael” on the chest, and “Ulloa,” “Eduvijes” and “Andres” on the back. His probation violations are for the original convictions of attempted aggravated assault, a Class 5 felony; aggravated assault, a Class 6 felony, and driving under the extreme influence of intoxicating liquor, a Class 1 misdemeanor.
• Hector Navarro — Male, 22. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 171 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Hector Mendoza Navarro. Tattoo: “Elsa” on the right arm. Alias: Hector Mendoza Navarro. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of marijuana for sale, a Class 4 felony.
• Jose Molina-Sierra — Male, 53. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 130 pounds. Brown hair, green eyes. Aliases: Jose Manuel Molina-Sierra, Jose Manuel Dierra, Jose Castillo. Tattoos: a Peacock with a clock & “JYO” on the right forearm, a block wall with praying hands on the left shoulder, and a face of Jesus Christ and that of a woman on the upper right arm.
His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
