Yuma man charged with 11 felony sex charges

Eleven felony sex charges were filed Thursday in Yuma Justice Court against a Yuma man suspected of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl. Lon Fredrick Collier, 37, 12408 E. 37th St., was charged with five counts of molestation of a child, five counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one of continuous sexual abuse. Collier was arraigned before Justice of the Peace David Cooper.
According to court documents, Collier has been fondling the victim, engaging in oral sexual contact and having sex with the teen at least once a week for the past two years.
