Lass 60th Anniversary

George and Joan Lass of Yuma, recently celebrated an early 60th Anniversary occasion (for eight days) with their family at the beautiful “Christie Lodge” located high in the Rockies at Avon, Colorado, near Vail, Colorado. Son Gary (Susan) Lass and grandson Ian Lass from Beaverton, Oregon, and their daughter Erin (Chris) from Rockaway, New York, were in attendance. Daughter Bonnie (Steve) Putnam from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and their daughters Kimberly (James) of Centennial, Colorado, and Katherine (Brandon) of Aurora, Colorado, were the hosts. Granddaughter Katherine will present the couple with their first great grandchild around the 20th of September, which is close to their anniversary date. The couple were married on September 19, 1952, at the Augustana Lutheran Church in Portland, Oregon.
