Walk to highlight domestic violence

The public is invited to the inaugural Walk Against Domestic Violence Thursday evening in San Luis, Ariz., hosted by the South Yuma County Domestic Violence Coalition.
The walk begins at 5 p.m. at 4th Street and Juan Sanchez Boulevard. Event organizers encourage attendees to wear purple and to dress comfortably for walking.
An informative event about domestic violence and a ceremony to honor victims of domestic violence will follow at San Luis City Hall, 1090 E. Union St.
