Maria Oralia Medivil
Maria Oralia Mendivil, 80, passed away on January 30, 2004 in Yuma. She was born July 26, 1923 in Ajo, Arizona.
She is survived by eight children, 32 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today, February 3, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church.
Mr. Chester Snow, 87, passed away January 31, 2004 at Yuma Regional Medical Center. He was born December 19, 1916 in McCurtain, Oklahoma.
Chester was employed as a barber from 1956 to 1982. Early on he worked at Vincent Air Force base, and later had his own business at Crescent Center. His hobbies were fishing in area lakes and mountains, and he was an avid Arizona Diamondbacks fan.
His significant contribution to the community came through his service as a member and deacon of Morningside Baptist Church for over 40 years. He and his wife, Rillie, served meals to the sick and elderly on the Hospitality Committee. Chester was a beloved friend to people of all ages.
In addition to his wife, Rillie Snow, Chester is survived by his sons, R.C. Snow of Overgaard, AZ., and Coy Snow of Yuma; daughter, Louella Hundt of Houston, TX.; granddaughters, Lorie Buster of Yuma, and Donna McMannus of Tucson, AZ.; grandsons, Wes Snow of Orland, CA., and Geoff Hundt of Houston, TX.; step-granddaughter, Michele Bushmanof Mesa, AZ., and step-grandson, David Lunt of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 24 nieces and nephews.
At Morningside Baptist Church, February 3, 2004, visitation will be at 12:30 p.m. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Gilbert Taeger, followed by the burial at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.

Jim Epstein, 71, passed away February 2, 2004 at Yuma Regional Medical Center. He was born May 3, 1932 in New Jersey. Jim retired from the United States Marine Corps, and later from YRMC.
In addition to his wife, Royce Epstein of Yuma, Jim is survived by his sons, John (Paula) Epstein of Prescott Valley, AZ., James (Cassandra) Epstein, of Gilbert, AZ., and Robert (Sandy) Epstein of Prescott, AZ.; daughter, Lauri (John) Solari of Redwood City, CA.; step-sons, Dennis Powell and Tim Powell, both of Tucson, AZ., and Michael Powell of Yuma; sisters Kate Nevin of La Quinta, CA., and Ana Epstein of Belmont, CA. In addition, Jim is survived by three grandchildren,one great-grandchild, and numerous other family members.
A private service will be held for family only.
Joseph G. Seaunier
Joseph. G. Seaunier, 71, passed away January 30, 2004 in Yuma. He was born in Neodesha, Kansas on January 24, 1933.
He is survived by two daughters, Edna Connick and Anita Granot; grandson, Robert Meadows, and loving companion, Ruthe Prachejl; and eight grandchildren.
Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara; son Joseph Jr.; and daughter, Martha Simms.
A viewing will be held at Kammann Mortuary at noon on Wednesday, February 4, 2004, with services being held at 1:00pm. Pastor Joey Jinkerson will officiate the services.Joseph's final resting place will be Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
