Smucker Park

Smucker Park features a wide variety of amenities to occupy your youngsters while allowing you time to get your walk on.

The park features at least seven bbqs, with three ramadas and a number of picnic benches scattered throughout.

For exercise, there's a paved track, as well as a playground complete with an activity center and swings for tots and big kids.

There are also drinking fountains and restroom facilities.

On the downside, parking is limited.

The park is located on Avenue A and 28th Street.

According to the city of Yuma's Web site, ramadas can be reserved by visiting the parks and rec office at 1 City Plaza, or by calling (928) 373-5243.
