Cruel act ruins lobby fish tank

I retired to a very nice secure building about two years ago. This is a very nice place. There is a nice courtyard with a pond and waterfall. A nice place to read. There is a pen out there with desert tortoises.

In the front lobby, there is a beautiful fish tank with wood cabinets underneath. Very colorful and very relaxing to watch. I understand not everybody likes fish aquariums, but what happened last night was uncalled for and just plain cruel. Some jerk poured bleach in the tank. All that is left is a bunch of dead fish and a big aquarium that somebody else has to clean and may be useless to put any fish in again. This isn’t a small tank. Thanks, jerk, for ruining it for the rest of us who do like fish.
