YUHSD, AWC games on tonight as planned

School officials at Yuma Union High School District and at Arizona Western College have reported that all athletic events will be taking place as planned this evening.
Football games taking place this evening will be as follows Cibola @ Yuma, Kofa @ Gila Ridge, Tonopah @ Antelope, and Bagdad @ San Pasqual. All games will be held at 7 p.m.
The Arizona Western College Matadors will also be holding their regularly scheduled soccer game against the Pima Aztecs at 6 p.m. tonight. The home opener football game vs. Mesa Thunderbirds will also be held Saturday. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
