Why worry? Relax!
Worry does not need to be a part of life.
Accepting the reality that God is personally concerned about our particular well-being is beneficial. Hope that helps is in the words spoken by Jesus.
“If you decide for God … it follows that you don't fuss about what's on the table at mealtimes or whether the clothes in your closet are in fashion, look at the birds, free and unfettered … careless in the care of God. And you count far more to Him than birds.
“Walk out into the fields and look at the wild flowers. They never primp or shop, but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? The ten best-dressed men and women in the country look shabby along side them. If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers — most of which are never seen — don't you think He'll attend to you, take pride in you, do His best for you?” Jesus said further: “What I'm trying to do here is to get you to relax…” Matt. 6:25-31 (MSG).
God is singularly mindful of us. He knows and comprehends more of our necessities than we do. Consider the extent of Godly interest.
“What's the price of a canary? Some loose change, right? He pays even greater attention to you down to the last detail — even numbering the hairs of your head.” Matt. 10:29-30 (MSG).
Individual care of divine and supreme quality is secured in God's words: “…I'd never forget you — never. Look, I've written you on the backs of my hands.” Isa. 49:15b, 16 (MSG).
A father desired to teach his son about God's nature. Going to his garden, the father traced the boy's name in the soil with his finger. Grass seed was planted in the outline.
About 10 days later, the son came into the house. He loudly announced, “My name is in the garden!” His father responded, “Really??” They went to the garden and the father stated: “Oh, that must have just happened.” The boy responded, “No! Somebody must have planted it.”
The boy's words of declaration are true. We are a part of God's garden, and He knows it — relax!
