Correction: Elementary school garden

A front-page article in Thursday's Yuma Sun titled “Project wants to make healthy eating fun” contained some inaccurate information about a community garden at Gary Knox Elementary School.
Western Growers provided a $1,500 grant to purchase garden tools. However, local produce grower and agribusinessman Vic Smith is entirely funding the schoolyard garden.
The Yuma Sun regrets the error.
