Kofa blanks Gila Ridge

Kofa and Gila Ridge were scoreless at halftime before the Kings poured in three second-half goals for a 3-0 road win Friday.
Enrique Diaz scored five minutes into the second half on an assist from Eduardo Prevot to put the Kings (7-4 AIA, 3-3 Gila Valley) ahead. Prevot had another assist to Jose Medina for the team's 2-0 lead, and Medina made it a three-goal lead on a penalty kick.
"We definitely dominated possession and moved ball well," Kofa coach Jamie Nicewander said. "Gila Ridge stuck it out though and kept their noses up."
