ON DECK: Keselowski in a Ford?

Visited NASCAR.com this week, and did a double take.

There on the home page was a story about testing for the 2013 Sprint Cup car and a photograph, of the No. 2 Miller Lite car, driven by Brad Keselowski, and it was a Ford.

For a brief moment I forgot that Dodge has said adios to NASCAR, and Penske Racing has switched to the blue oval.

Still, Keselowski, in a Ford?

This is going to take some getting used to. No, it's going to take a lot of getting used to.

I popped in the “Christmas Story” DVD the other night and when the bully Scut Farkus appeared on the screen, my wife said, “Oh my gosh! He does look like Brad Keselowski.”

I make no qualms about not being a Farkus, er, Keselowski fan. I admit the reigning Cup champion has talent, but his off-track demeanor screams that he be sent to the NASCAR finishing school.

I just hope Penske doesn't wind up with another Kurt Busch.
