The engagement of Janelle Marie Kulpa to Ryan Keith Seals is announced by her parents Jerry and Sue Kulpa of San Diego, former Yuma residents.
Miss Kulpa graduated from YCHS in 2004 and is a 2008 graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
Mr. Seals is a 2007 graduate of USC with dual bachelor’s degree in Management Consulting and Entrepreneurship.
Ryan and Janelle will exchange vows at the church of The Immaculata at the University of San Diego on August 3, 2013.
