Gila Ridge falters late

A close game early got out of hand late for Gila Ridge in a 59-49 loss to Avondale-La Joya.
The Hawks (0-3) kept it within five most of the way until the Fighting Lobos pulled away in the final minutes.
Lance McLaren and Josh Grover each scored 14 for the Hawks.
