Norton 40th in Huntington Beach Invite

Cibola's Ryan Norton took 40th place at the Huntington Beach Invite on Saturday in California, a race involving 26 different schools.

Norton's time of 16 minutes, 49 seconds helped the Raider boys team to a top-10 finish and beat Yuma for the first time this season. The Criminals were in 14th place.

Other runners for Cibola were Jose Ramirez (17:08) in 55th place, Ryan Grove (17:30) in 75th place. Marco Orduno 17:35 was 82nd and Alan Fernandez 17:53 was 101st.
