If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
Patrionna Deelena Waters — Female, 30. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 230 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Sonia Waters, Patty Waters. Tattoo: a Chinese sign on the right side of neck. Her probation violations are for the original convictions of criminal simulation, a Class 6 felony, and extreme driving under the influence, a Class 1 misdemeanor.
Jesus Briceno Gallardo — Male, 23. Height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 230 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “SS 13” on the upper left arm, Carton characters on the upper right arm, “El Chintin” on the right forearm, clowns and skulls on the chest, “Clown” on the abdomen.
