As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.

If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.

Pete Pedro Acosta — Male, 40. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 175 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Acosta” on the neck, “Anthony” on the left wrist and “Abreena” on the right wrist. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of dangerous drugs, a Class 4 felony.

Dandi Soukup Bartee — Female, 43. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 130 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Dandi Daugherty, Dandi Doughtery, Dandi Soukup. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of facilitation of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, a Class 6 felony.

Mauro Herrera Rivera — Male, 25. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 200 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: A cross with “RIP” and “Tony” on the left arm, and “Brown Pride” on the right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted importation of marijuana, a Class 3 felony.

Marcos Antonio Martinez — Male, 43. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 180 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Robert Martinez, Bobby Martinez, Carlos Martinez and Pepe Martinez. Tattoos: a spider on the neck, “Tarina,” the numeral 1 and the Virgin Mary on the left arm, “Thalia,” numeral 3 and praying hands on the right arm, and tribal art on the chest. His probation violation is for the original conviction of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a Class 4 felony.
