As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342.
If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Alfredo Rivera Avalos — Male, 32. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 150 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Alfredo Avalos Jr., ”Lil Puppet.” Tattoos: “Irma” on the back of neck, “Avalos” on the upper back, a spider web on the left elbow, a collage along upper arm on the left arm, a women and a mask on the right forearm, “Perdoname Madre Mia” on the upper chest, and “Brown Pride” on the lower chest. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 5 felony.
• Dale Wayne Minks — Male, 57. Height 6 feet, weight 160 pounds. Brown hair, blue eyes. Aliases: Fred Howard Kessler, Del Leback. Tattoos: a star on the left forearm, and a skull and a Viking on the left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Jesus Antonio Celaya — Male, 18. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 180 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted importation of drugs, a Class 3 felony.
• Miguel Angel Sanchez — Male, 21. Height 6 feet, weight 300 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Miguel Angel Sanchez Celaya, Miguel Angel Celaya Sanchez. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted importation of marijuana more than two pounds, a Class 3 felony.
