Bring Yuma into the 21st century

In response to the Yuma curbside recycling article in the Yuma Sun on Dec. 5, if only 50 percent of residents want curbside recycling, then the city and particularly the garbage companies haven't done enough to educate people about recycling and the criteria for what goes in the barrel.
Come on, Yuma, join the 21st century!
