The 37th annual SkillsUSA Region I Leadership and Skills Conference competition was held Friday at the city of Yuma Public Safety Training Facility. The competition, hosted by Arizona Western College, included firefighitng and other categories ranging from automotive, bridge building and criminal justice, to culinary arts, drafting and welding.
