Motorists need to drive speed limit

Well, the snowbirds are back here in Yuma and that’s good. Now if they will only do the speed limits, that would be greater yet.

I mean, 65, 55, 45, 35, 25 and even 15 miles per hour are the speed limits that I have seen here. If you are not going to do the limit, then please have some consideration and move over to the slow lane — or better yet, just do the speed limit. Pay attention to your mirrors!

Those who live here 365 days a year have set times to be at work or elsewhere. You are guests here and are appreciated, but you also make it so difficult to get to and from work and other areas of travel. It would maybe help if you all would set a pre-trip mode of some sort to help you all out.

Come to think of it, some Yumans might want to do the same. Just do the speed limit. How hard can that be for Yumans and snowbirds alike? Have some consideration, people.
