Charges for treason possible

The U.S. Constitution states: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”
President Obama adhered to our al-Qaida enemies in Libya by withholding requested protection for our murdered ambassador and three other Americans. Then he gave them aid and comfort by lying that the attack was a spontaneous reaction to a movie critical of Mohammed.
So Congress should bring charges of treason against Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and all others in the conspiracy to help our enemies. That is, if any member of Congress knew anything about the Constitution.
