Just when I thought Las Vegas weddings reached their limit on color and crazy, yet another chapel recently opened — inside a Denny's restaurant. It's a fun idea, but I sure hope the altar isn't next to the salad bar.
It's the first Denny's to boast not only a wedding chapel, but a photo booth and full bar to boot.
News reports say folks are signing up left and right to get hitched with bellies full of French toast sandwiches filled with bacon, peanut butter and bananas, all washed down with some bacon vodka.
I guess if you're going to get married at a 24-hour diner, why not go for the gusto?
If I'm ever in the market for a novelty wedding, I'm heading to a drive-through chapel. Limiting your wedding party is easy when they all have to fit in the backseat.
