Yuma's Best 2009

Here they are, the businesses, services, media outlets and attractions you considered the best in the Yuma area in 2009.

Each year for the past 12 years, the Yuma Sun has sponsored Yuma's Best poll to allow readers the opportunity to recognize those who provided them outstanding customer service.

Poll respondents selected their favorites either by using a paper ballot published in the Yuma Sun's print edition or by visiting the contestsinyuma link on the newspaper's Web site, www.yumasun.com.

This year, there are some new winners in the more than 150 categories that measure all facets of customer service. And readers who have followed the poll results each year will notice that many of the 2009 winners were also No. 1 in prior years. A select few have been picked as No. 1 every year of Yuma's Best's existence.

The Yuma Sun does not take part in the selection of any winners. It merely offers Yuma's Best to readers as a way to give a pat on the back to businesses and service providers they prefer.
