Albert Baxter
Albert Baxter of Yuma attended the Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science conference in Seattle, Wash. He attended the conference with the support of the Office for Diversity in Science Training Bridge program.

Baxter is a junior in environmental science at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kan., and a member of Fort Yuma Quechan Tribe.
