Emergency personnel from the Yuma Fire Department treat a female victim that was hit by a vehicle while crossing 4th Avenue at 4th Street in a power chair Wednesday afternoon. The victim was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center for further treatment. No other injuries were reported and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
