Too generous to unemployed?

The unemployment rate in Yuma County passed 31 percent in August. Figures just released show it is now around 28 percent. Every day thousands of Mexicans come across the border (legally) to work in Yuma County. What’s wrong with this picture?

Could it be that our tax dollars are providing too comfortable a living so that many of the 28 percent who are unemployed are unwilling to take the jobs that these hard-working Mexicans do every day
