Congrats to Yuma's Best
Every year in the Yuma's Best survey, the Yuma Sun asks residents to pick their favorite businesses in each of a wide range of categories.
If you ask them, odds are the establishments picked as the best will say they owe their popularity at least partly to their insistence on giving good customer service.
That makes sense: No matter the quality of goods or services they otherwise offer, you're unlikely to keep spending your money at stores or restaurant that treat you rudely or seem less than anxious to have your business.
By the same token, if we feel well served by an employee of a business, we owe it to that worker to tell his or her boss. After all, we won't think twice about complaining if we're not satisfied.
