Bob and Sheri to visit Yuma Lettuce Days
If you'd like some chuckles with your chard, or maybe some snickers with your spinach, then be sure to catch Bob and Sheri live and in person.
The nationally syndicated radio personalities, whose eponymous morning drive-time show is broadcast on KQSR/STAR100.9 FM, will broadcast on location, hold meet and greets with fans, participate in recipe-judging and be the lovely assistants to vegetable sculpture artist and chef Ray Duey during their visit to Yuma for Lettuce Days.
The Charlotte, N.C.-based Bob Lacey and Sheri Lynch have been entertaining morning commuters with the “Bob & Sheri Show” since 1992.
El Dorado Broadcasters Yuma market manager and KQSR general manager Dave Sturgeon said the duo has been name-checking Yuma on the air in advance of their gig and that they can't wait to visit Arizona.
“This is very exciting,” he said. “They have millions of listeners and they're going to devote a lot of time and energy to coming here to hyper-serve their audience in the Yuma Valley.”
Here's Bob and Sheri's Yuma calendar:
