This is the biggest travesty I have heard of in a long time. Just because Ms. Paula Deen said under oath she used the N-word 30 years ago should not have any bearing on what she has accomplished since then. The companies that have severed ties with Ms. Deen I believe have made one of the biggest mistakes they could make. Ms. Deen is not a mean-spirited person and when that was said she was held at gunpoint. I think that should be a forgivable offense. I implore everyone involved in the decision-making of all these companies to stand in front of the mirror and take a good look at yourselves and stand before God and yourselves and honestly say that you have never ever said anything derogatory about anyone.
