16th Annual Midnight at the Oasis: Calendar of events

All activities will be at Ray Kroc Memorial Baseball Complex/Desert Sun Stadium, 3500 S. Avenue A, unless otherwise noted.

FRIDAY

Parade of Classic Vehicles

4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Organized cruise, with Mario Andretti as grand marshal, begins at Yuma Greyhound Park and ends at Ray Kroc Memorial Baseball Complex/Desert Sun Stadium.

Concert and dance

4:30 to 10 p.m.

Featuring Big Johnson with the Horndogs at 4:30, and Rockola at 7 p.m.; food and drinks for sale; gates open at 4 p.m.

SATURDAY

Show 'n' Shine

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Entertainment; vendors; midway rides; children's activities; food and drinks for sale.

Pinewood Derby Races

9:30 a.m.

On the main stage, compete against Mario Andretti in the Pinewood Derby Open Division.

1:30 p.m.

On the main stage, Scouts will race first, followed by the public.

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Racing legend Mario Andretti signs autographs at the Chevron/Shay Oil sponsor booth.

4 to 6 p.m.

Gates closed to public for concert preparation; all general admission guests must leave the stadium/complex.

Concert and dance

7 to 11:30 p.m.

Featuring Survivor at 7 p.m., Loverboy at 8:45 p.m. food and drinks; gates open at 6 p.m.; gates close at 11:30 p.m.

SUNDAY
