Emergency personnel from the Yuma Fire Department wheel a female victim to a waiting ambulance while two other victims in the background are treated at the scene of a two-vehicle collision near the intersection of 1st Street and 9th Avenue Wednesday morning. Four victims, including a small child, were transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center for treatment.
