Sexual offenders change addresses

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Two convicted sex offenders have new addresses in Yuma County, the sheriff's office said.

Casimiro Flores, 40, is living at 1151 S. Avenue C, while Benjamin Rodriguez, 46, is living in Somerton at 515 W. Orchid St., the sheriff's office said.

State law requires Arizona law enforcement agencies to notify the public when medium- and high-risk offenders change addresses within their jurisdictions.

Flores was convicted in 1988 of one count of sexual intercourse with a minor and is considered to pose a medium risk of reoffending, the sheriff's office said.

He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Benjamin Rodriguez was convicted in 1985 of molestation of a child, an 8-year-old girl, and was convicted in 2004 of failure to register as a sex offender, the sheriff's office said. He is considered to pose a medium risk of reoffending.

He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 205 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
