A Yuma man has been charged with three felonies after being arrested on suspicion of having sex with a minor.
Abraham Rodriguez has been charged with one count each of kidnapping, sexual conduct with a minor and sexual assault, the Yuma County Sheriff's Office said.
He was arrested after the sheriff's office responded Friday night to a report of sexual assault and indecent exposure in the 3800 block of West 3rd Place, the sheriff's office said.
Rodriguez was booked into the Yuma County jail after a followup investigation found he had had sexual contact with a minor, the sheriff's office said.
No other details were immediately available.
