As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.

If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.

Jesus Evaristo Martinez — Male, 29. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 185 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Andres Hernandez, Aldo Hernandez. Tattoos: “Sonia” and “Alma” on the left arm, “RIP Juan” with a cross on the right forearm, an eagle with the “Hecho en Mexico” emblem on the upper left arm, and “San Lucas” on the abdomen. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted aggravated domestic violence, a Class 6 felony.

Nathan Alan Araujo — Male, 30. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 175 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: full sleeve featuring a dragon on the right arm, and a full sleeve featuring a koi fish and a skull on the left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of endangerment, a Class 6 felony.

Rudolph Rubio Jr. — Male, 39. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 190. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: “Smokey” and Rudy. Tattoos: “Angel” and “Happy” on the neck, a tear drop under the left eye, and “Smokey” on the right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 5 felony.
