Annual Family Night to be held at AWC
Arizona Western College is inviting the community out for their 12th Annual Family Night on Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
“For over a decade, thousands have joined students, faculty and staff for a great night of food, fun and education,” stated AWC officials. “The purpose of the AWC College and Career Family Night is to welcome the community to the campus. Families and students enjoy a variety of game and food booths highlighting the college's programs and services in a fun and informative night of entertainment.”
Family Night started in 2001 as a way to highlight AWC's technical programs such as welding and automotive but has expanded to include all college programs as well as NAU-Yuma.
People of all ages are invited to attend as there will be food booths, game booths, a petting zoo, a hot air balloon, music and more.
