Crane school district board to elect officers

A board president and clerk will be elected by the Crane Elementary School District board for the 2013 year at a meeting Tuesday.
Annually, the board must elect a president and clerk for the calendar year. The board clerk acts as the governing board president when the president is absent.
The group will also set the time and day for their monthly school board meetings.
Additionally during the meeting, the “Wolf Pack” robotics team from Centennial Middle School will be presenting to the board about competing at the FIRST LEGO League State Championship Tournament in Phoenix on Dec. 8.
