As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.

If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies, or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.

Jose Andres Guerrero — Male, 32. Height 6 feet, weight 145. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Jose Andres Guerrero. Tattoos: three dots on the right hand and an eagle on the right shoulder. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.

Jessica Hayes — Female, 27. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 230. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Jessica Dee Hayes. Tattoos: “ESR” on the right arm. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted shoplifting by concealment, a Class 5 felony.

Cortez Easterly — 29. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 140. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Cortez Davelle Easterly. His probation violation is for the original conviction of disorderly conduct per domestic violence, a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Mirna Rubio — Female, 29. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 330. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Mirna Gandara, Mirna Gomez, Mariana Gomez. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of aggravated driving or actual physical control while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a Class 4 felony.
