As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.

If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.

Kenneth Seaman — Male, 38. Height 6 feet 2 inches, weight 250 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Alias: Kenneth Glen Seaman. Tattoos: “Kyle” on the back of the neck, various numbers on the left side of neck, and a Viking lady on the stomach. His probation violation is for the original conviction of unlawful flight from law enforcement, a Class 5 felony.

Arnell Brown — Male, 19. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 180 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Arnell Wendell Brown Jr./Arnell Windell. Tattoos: 520 on the left hand, “Evelyn” on the left forearm and “Mac” on the chest. His probation violation is for the original conviction of burglary in the first degree, a Class 2 felony.

Manuel Ortiz — Male, 32. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 145 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Manny Ortiz. Tattoos: “Goofy” on the left forearm, and an Angel with two faces and “Ortiz” on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
