As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
Nikari Lynn Russell — Female, 28. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 170 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Kylie” and a teddy bear on the left shoulder, “Baeza” on the upper right arm, “Kari” on the left wrist, “Micha” on the right wrist. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of criminal trespass in the first degree, a Class 6 felony.
Moises Miranda Jr. — Male, 23. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 155 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Alma” on the neck and right arm, “Joanna” and “Elisa” on the left wrist, clown faces on the left arm, “Miranda” on the left forearm. His probation violations are for the original convictions of endangerment, a Class 6 felony, and driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a Class 1 misdemeanor.
Mariano Martinez-Ruiz Jr. — Male, 32. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 180 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Jose Alberto Martinez, Mariano Martinez. Tattoos: a dragon with skulls on the right shoulder, “Martinez” on the middle of back. His probation violations are for the original convictions of misconduct involving weapons, a Class 4 felony, and disorderly conduct, a Class 6 felony.
Johnathan Lamar Turner — Male, 37. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 170 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Jonathan Lamar Turner.
