Yuma Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 3111 S. 4th Ave., which began seeing patients in August, had its official ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday afternoon. The clinic is located in the former Miller's Outpost store in the Big Curve Shopping Center. The project was completed by Eckard Commercial Construction.
