Veterans Day closures

FROM STAFF REPORTS

Most public offices and schools will be closed Wednesday for Veterans Day.

Closed will be Yuma city, county, state and federal offices. Somerton and San Luis municipal offices will be closed, but Wellton town offices will be open.

All of the county library district's branches will be closed.

Banks and credit unions also will have the day off.

Post offices will be closed and there will be no home delivery of mail.

There will be no classes at Arizona Western College and Northern Arizona University Yuma, and their offices will be closed.

The Yuma Sun will be open Wednesday and will distribute a morning edition that day.
